Peanut Butter Balls

  • Ingredients

    340g semisweet chocolate
    1/3 cup (30mL) whipping cream
    16g SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
    1 1/4 cups (230g) peanuts
  • Instructions

    1. Melt chocolate and peanut butter in microwave on high heat at 30-second intervals; stir until smooth. While chocolate is cooling, chop nuts and whip cream.
    2. Carefully fold cream into cooled chocolate. Mix in 1/4 cup (38g) chopped peanuts and set aside for 5 minutes to firm up slightly.
    3. While chocolate mixture is still soft, scoop spoonful of mixture, roll into balls and coat with remaining peanuts.
    4. Chill until set.

    This recipe is recommended for 6 servings.
