Nutty Banana Pancakes

  • Ingredients

    1 cup original pancake and baking mix
    1/3 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
    1 cup milk
    1/2 large banana, chopped
    1/2 cup pecan pieces
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1 large egg
    Sliced banana
    Maple syrup

  • Instructions

    1. In medium bowl, combine pancake mix, peanut butter, milk, chopped banana, pecans, cinnamon and egg; mix well.
    2. Coat 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Scoop about 1/3 cup batter into skillet; cook, turning once, until pancakes are golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
    3. Serve pancakes topped with banana slices and maple syrup.
